Breakfast could be better. Coffee machine should be available all day so guests can pay to have. The pool should be heated. It’s like ICE! Pool and car staff are super friendly. Breakfast and buffet staff are irritated and not very friendly. The host is very friendly

Overall I don’t think it’s worth what you pay, the resort has potential and nice modern updates to rooms but could do wi
The surrounding area and views are relaxing but not much going on. Few of the bar staff were friendly, and the cocktails were nice. Beautiful sunsets daily in the summer. The atmosphere of the hotel is modern with relaxing spaces.
The gym facilities were not adequate, basic equipment, felt incomplete. There is a spa but no sauna/steamroom. You are provided 1 set of pool towels for entire stay, and you have to pay to change them which is ridiculous. The food is the same everyday. Not much variety for vegetarians, Halal and vegan. There was pork every night. Limited buffet options. The room was small, we stayed in the deluxe sea view room and could barely move around, there was also mould in the shower. The location is slightly isolated and the hotel does not provide any entertainment, so be sure to rent a car so you can explore on your own( Taxi service is limited). The clientele was mostly elderly and family people( not a complaint but something to just note).
