Lovely hotel in a good location but a car is necessary.

Location and furnishings

It seemed like the hotel had just reinvented itself and that there were still a few things to be ironed out I.e. staff training, cleaning of rooms and in room facilities. I’m sure though that as the season progresses it will become better and better

Very relaxing vibes and comfortable property with really nice staff who upgraded us to a suite for our wedding anniversary

Some restaurant staff was a bit rude - two of ladies basically but nothing too major

Hotel with stunning views, and inmaculate facilities.

Profesional staff, great service, very clean and beautiful facilities, a choice of pools, good breakfast buffet with wide selection of options.

The prices of the drinks and food in the pool were quite high for the alternatives in other places.

Beds very comfortable and clean rooms. They made an effort to create an atmosphere with music during the evening which was nice. shuttle to the beach was great.

Staff were not always very competent. Depends who you spoke to. Food was ok. Lunch restaurant around the bar was not great.

Good location but many things to fix with client service management

Location and comfortable beds

Air conditioning in the room very weak and it was really hot so sleeping was hard. Staff was not really helpful at the reception when we asked for help ( early check in not possible even having asked it before arriving , sea tours office staff never available , Buffet restaurant opening at 7.30 PM once opened at 8 PM , a la carte restaurant was close for all 5 days of our stay )

Beautiful secluded hotel with plenty of facilities

We loved the privacy afforded by the hotel. LOVED the tennis court and lesson. The pool was ok, a little crowded. Staff were nice and cordial.

Check in took awhile. And we prepaid with booking, and they had to check with their accounting dept first upon check in.

Breakfast could be better. Coffee machine should be available all day so guests can pay to have. The pool should be heated. It’s like ICE! Pool and car staff are super friendly. Breakfast and buffet staff are irritated and not very friendly. The host is very friendly

Overall I don’t think it’s worth what you pay, the resort has potential and nice modern updates to rooms but could do wi

The surrounding area and views are relaxing but not much going on. Few of the bar staff were friendly, and the cocktails were nice. Beautiful sunsets daily in the summer. The atmosphere of the hotel is modern with relaxing spaces.

The gym facilities were not adequate, basic equipment, felt incomplete. There is a spa but no sauna/steamroom. You are provided 1 set of pool towels for entire stay, and you have to pay to change them which is ridiculous. The food is the same everyday. Not much variety for vegetarians, Halal and vegan. There was pork every night. Limited buffet options. The room was small, we stayed in the deluxe sea view room and could barely move around, there was also mould in the shower. The location is slightly isolated and the hotel does not provide any entertainment, so be sure to rent a car so you can explore on your own( Taxi service is limited). The clientele was mostly elderly and family people( not a complaint but something to just note).

Fabulous Mangia

The staff were exceptional! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. VERY comfortable beds Breakfast was good and nutritious. Lovely pool. Lovely ambiance

Nothing big but it’s not right on the beach but within walking distance. Rooms are up stairs and our room was a fair walk from reception. My biggest gripe was that Booking.com allow you to choose a room type (twin) but this means nothing. It doesn’t guarantee the hotel will give you this room type. This is the 3rd time this has happened with Booking.com. It made our first few nights very uncomfortable. I don’t believe that the hotel is responsible for this. The hotel upgraded us as soon as a room was made available

Excellent breakfast and wonderful interior design in the common areas.

The interior design of the bedroom doesn't match that of the common areas. There was no lift to the first floor, which made it difficult to carry luggage.

Could be so much better with few improvements

The location is very rural and beautiful. We came here with hesitations due to bad reviews. After staying 3 nights we can say that the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds and modern design. The pool area is nice but could be so much beautiful. In many aspects you can tell that the renovation of the hotel exceeded budget and cheaper choices had to be made. With that said it’s still a good standard to be in Italy.

The main problem with this place is as many already has said. The staff is not attentive. You don’t get pool service, information in check is very short. They miss give you 80% of important information. For example, checkout time is 10, there is complimentary massage, there is a gym, opening hours of the pool. The list can be long. Another thing that doesn’t make any sense at all is that you only get one pool towel for you whole stay. If you stay 1 or 10 nights doesn’t matter. To change for a clean towel you have to pay 5 euro each time. Conclusion towels are like gold in Mangia. While other hotels offers pool towels and beach towels guests are left with dirty towels during their stay. We asked for a late check out since our flight was late. The front desk couldn’t acomódate us which is very low service. Clearly this is low season and the hotel is hardly at full capacity. The corridors and stairs to the rooms are in need of a serious cleaning. This gives you a little bit of a shabby experience.
