Superbe hôtel. Personnel très aimable et toujours là pour nous renseigner. Belle piscine. Chambre très spacieuse et tout confort. Petit déjeuner superbe. Excellente gestion, bravo !

« Bel environnement »
La situation de l'hotel est fantastique, il est au calme dans un environnement de bord de mer sauvage et typique de la région. Il faut toutefois impérativement une voiture pour aller à Santa Teresa. L'hotel est moderne , design , dans les bons standards des hotels de sa gamme.
Le personnel, bien que gentil, semble stressé et sur la réserve, J'aurais apprécié aussi qu'on nous prévienne de réserver bien à l'avance les repas au restaurant à la carte. Le restaurant self est bon mais sans plus. Le service de nettoyage est un peu intrusif , on leur dit de ne pas rentrer mais ils rentrent quand même parcequ'il faut checker le minibar... La chambre est moderne mais manque de mobilier déco, du coup c'est un peu froid. Et dernier point c'est très cher mais c'est le cas de tous les hotels du coin.

« Déçu de la prestation pour une chambre facturée 373 € la nuit !!! »
L’emplacement de l’hôtel ainsi qu une bonne literie.
Les chambres sont vraiment petites, nous ne sommes pas du tout sur une prestation 5 étoiles ( pas de places pour poser 2 valises ,douche pas pratique très étroite ). Le personnel est jeune pas du tout formé , ne dit pas bonjour … quelques photos jointes des finitions ( rideaux, habillage de placard, joints de douche, poignée de porte de douche, toiles d’araignée en sortie de clim , on s’entrave dans un tapis déformé …)
